What Every Man or Woman Should Be Able to Do

Here is why physical fitness is superior to all other fitness fads, it translate into real life situations. When you are physically fit you are able to do things others can't.

* Be able to swim at least half a mile or more
* Be able to run at top speed two hundred yards or more
* Be in condition to pull your body upward by the strength of your arms
* Have a strong and flexible core that can handle quick movements without injury

These are just a few of the things every man or woman should be able to do.

-Losing weight is one thing, but being physically fit for life challenges- Is different!
