Exercise-Why is it so important anyway?

It speeds metabolism, slows down the heart rate, helps unclog the arteries, it lower your chances of a stroke, cancer, and it neutralizes the poisonous toxins that create disease, sickness, and unproductive performances on and off the job!

John F. Kennedy called it one of the most important keys to a healthy body and said it was the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity!

I wonder what John F. Kennedy would think today?

It starts with a desire to change.
Followed by a real reason to want to change.
Mentally preparing yourself to change.
Taking the action steps to physically change.
